RITA DOMINIC'S 'WRAPPER-LIKE' OUTFIT TO THE AFRICAN INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

Don't know what to make of this outfit. I woulda gone with gorgeous if it didn't look so much like she tied a wrapper around her bosom. Plus it looks like it might fall off with a little movement. What do you think? Hot or not?
