I told you guys earlier in the day that E247 reported that Boko Haram was planning to announce a cease fire, well they have. It was on the 8 o'clock news on AIT, but read the report below according to Vanguard;

Leadership of Boko Haram, has named the former Head of State, Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), among six prominent northerners, to mediate between them and the Federal Government. Spokesman and Second-in-Commandof the group, Abu Mohammed Ibn Abdulazeez, who is also the Second-in-Command (Amir) to their leader, Imam Abubakar Shekau, made the group’s intention known in a tele-conference with journalists in Maiduguri today. The Federal Government in a statement by Dr. Reuben Abati, Presidential Spokesman, today, welcomed the move.

Boko Haram, however, said that for the group to observe ceasefire, the Federal Government must heed its demand by arresting and prosecuting the former Governor of Borno State, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff.

Style icon Nike Osinowo hardly ever repeat outfits but she did with this stunning gold Lavin dress. She wore it last year May for a photoshoot with Ovation Magazine, she styled it with a matching gold belt. The socialite repeated it again this year for the premier of Rita Dominic's new movie, 'The Meeting', this time pairing it with a black belt and traditional beads.

I kinda like the last year look better, simple and elegant, the beads and black belt this year doesn't really do it for me, too much going on. What do you think? What look do you like better?

BOKO HARAM: IG PUTS 2 SENATORS AND EX-GOVERNOR UNDER WATCH + BOKO HARAM TO CEASE FIRE?

Two senators, Ahmed Zanna and Ali Ndume, and former governor of Borno State, Modu Sheriff, have been put under surveillance by the police to determine their alleged involvement in the activities of the violent Islamic sect, Boko Haram. The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar, said yesterday that investigators were collating evidence on their alleged sponsorship of Boko Haram with a view to prosecuting them.

Operatives of the JTF recently arrested a suspected kingpin of the violent sect, Mohammed Bama, in Zanna's house but the senator claimed, even though Bama is his nephew, he was not arrested in his house but Sheriff's house. Boko Haram was founded under Sheriff's watch as governor of Borno State.

A self-confessed former spokesman for Boko Haram, Ali Konduga, also named Ndume as a financier of the sect. Ndume, a senator representing Borno South District, is currently facing trial prosecution at a Federal High Court in Abuja. He was arrested November 21, 2011. Believe this, he was at the time a member of a Presidential committee on how to curb the activities of Boko Haram.

On her very first hosting duties on the X Factor USA yesterday night, Khloe Kardashian exposed more than her novices skill but also her nipples which were standing 'at attention' under the sheer purple blouse she wore as she took to the stage for the live family-friendly broadcast show. The 28-year-old reality star wore no bra underneath the blouse and didn't seem to notice until after the show when she joked about the incident on her Twitter account, saying: 'I think I had a little nip action earlier. LOL.'

But Judge Simon Cowell noticed immediately tweeting, 'I think the air conditioning is on high tonight looking at khloe.' The Kardashians are always associated with drama. She looked great though, only wish she had worn a bra.

The maiden edition of the Golden Icons Academy Movie Awards (GIAMA) held at the Morris Cultural Center Houston,Texas, US on October 20, 2012. The event which had over 1500 guests present from around the globe, was hosted by Nollywood bad boy, Jim Iyke and the MTV Africa crew were there to cover the event as part of Jim Iyke’s reality show “JIM IYKE UNSCRIPTED” .

There were so many A-list actors and actresses from all over Africa at the awards ceremony including Ramsey Nouah, Van Vicker, Desmond Elliot, John Dumelo, Uche Jombo, Majid Michel, Monalisa Chinda, Emem Isong, Frank Rajah, Susan Peters, Uti Nwachukwu, Alex Ekubo, Belinda Effah, Pascal Atuma, Oscar Atuma, and Olalekan Akintunde, just to mention a few. JUNGLE JUSTICE STILL IN OUR SOCIETY

The man in these pictures was caught stealing goats in Ilesha during the last eid-el kabir celebration. Again, jungle justice was meted out to him. When will the people of this country learn? Less than a month after the killing of four INNOCENT boys through the same jungle justice, people are still indulging in it. Even a soldier was involved this time! If the government is serious about abolishing jungle justice, let them start with the prosecution of the soldier in this picture and every other person involved in this. Nobody is supporting robbery or crime here, just let the law take its course!
