Gospel singer, Yinka Ayefele who is currently battling with the Oyo State government to save one of his properties in Ibadan from being demolished, will today commission his new hotel ‘Down Town Hotel’. The hotel is also located in his hometown Ibadan.
Congrats and let's hope this one is safe from the threat of demolition.
