It has happened to Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, and nore recently, Annie Hathaway where they were caught pant-less while exiting their cars but Beyonce was quite lucky her 'V jay jay' wasn't exposed in this tragic wardrobe malfunction unlike the other ladies who weren't so lucky.
