OH DEAR! SIMON COWELL EXPECTING A CHILD WITH HIS FRIEND'S WIFE

Simon Cowell is expecting a baby with married New York socialite Lauren Silverman who is also the estranged wife of his pal, New York businessman Andrew Silverman. Lauren, 36,  is said to be about 10 weeks along.  

Lauren and her estranged husband have a son together and they have been friends with Simon Cowell for a very long time. They have gone on several holidays with Simon and his exes on his private yacht for over four years. However, when Lauren, and Andrew's relationship ended around a year ago, she and Cowell, who is a serial womaniser, started going out. 

According to a friend of Lauren's, 'Lauren loves Simon, she says that she wants to marry him. And with the baby, she's going the right way about it! But I think this could be really good for Simon.' Lauren and Andrew are still married. 

Is it possible to trap a man with a baby? Naaa, doubt if this would hold Simon, a chronic bachelor (he's 53 and has never been married) down. Angolan born model Maria Borges, has topped the Forbes list for the top African models 2013. With appearances on the runway for designers such as Tom Ford and Marc Jacobs, Maria has been dubbed the most wanted African runway model of 2013.

Other African models that came close to snatching the title for number 1 include Ajak Deng from Sudan, Grace Bol from Sudan, Candice Swanepoel of South Africa, Liya Kebede of Ethiopia, Katryn Kruger of South African and Miss Universe competitor Flaviana Matata.

Policemen attached to the Badagry Police Division, Lagos State, and some hoodlums have been accused of killing a 25-year-old undergraduate of Delta State University, Ifechukwude Nwainokpor, and his friend, identified simply as Kazeem.

An eight-minute video clip of the gruesome killing, which was made available to PUNCH Metro, showed the two victims handcuffed together. They were covered in their own blood and beaten to death with sticks. Tyres were also put round   their necks.

An irate mob could be seen in the video, shouting, “die, die, burn them, burn them.”

Umana Okon Umana, the Secretary to the Government of Akwa Ibom State, has been removed from office by the governor, Godswill Akpabio. My source say this decision by Akpabio came as a result of  Umana declaring his intention to contest for the governorship of the State. My source also said the governor might have done it in Umana's interest, that the governor wants him to run his campaign out of office so that people don't assume he is using the state money to fund his campaign.

MY 2 FAVORITE HOME MADE FACIAL SCRUB & MASK

A couple of weeks ago, I stumbled upon an article talking about how to make use of what you have around the house to make facial scrub and mask for that instant facial glow. I decided to try two of them and the results were 'fantastical', hehe. Seriously, just try it. It doesn't cost much but you'll get that instant smooth, fresh-looking face.

For the home made mask, you'll need a banana, lemon (not lime o) and tin milk (I like to use Peak but you can use any one). 

Preparation and application; Mash or blend the banana together with the milk, add a few drops of lemon and your facial mask is ready. Spread over your face and leave it on for about 10 minutes. Wash off with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel, in oga at the top's voice, that's all.
