DO YOU AGREE WITH THE DEATH SENTENCE FOR CORRUPT INDIVIDUALS?

The apex Northern socio-political group, Arewa Consultative Forum, in a proposal submitted to the National Assembly called for the capital punishment for anybody found guilty of the corruption. As Not surprisingly, Governors across the country have refused to comment on the proposed death sentence for corrupt individuals. While some of them said they would align with the popular wish of the masses, others said their position would be determined by their political parties. None of the Governors has outrightly supported or rejected the proposal. If it was to share money, we would have heard all their voices loud and clear, *hiss*.

I personally don't believe in taking the life of a human for any reason, maybe cutting off the hands or legs of those found guilty of corruption would be better. Do you also think capital punishment is too extreme? Pls share your thoughts.

AKWA IBOM COMMISSIONER, ANIEKAN UMANAH IN MULTI-MILLION NAIRA BRIBE SCANDAL

 

According to a report by 247oreports.com, the Akwa Ibom State Commissioner for Information, Mr. Aniekan Umanah has been accused by the state chapter of the Nigerian Union of Journalist of using public fund for bribery and building formidable edifice across the state, and the group has agreed to pass a vote of no confidence and the removal of the Commisioner Umanah without further delay.

The Kardashian Kollection features a lot of figure-hugging silhouettes, with leopard print and studs - not exactly appropriate for a member of the Royal family. A palace insider told a magazine: 'Kate is hardly going to turn up for an event with the queen in a cheap leopard-print miniskirt or gold sequined jacket.' Chai, that was harsh!

It's also reported that Kim invited Kate over for tea, in an attempt to get a new royal best friend out of her recent trip to London. But once again, the Duchess politely declined the offer.

IYANYA RESPONDS TO YVONNE NELSON'S WILLINGNESS TO MARRY HIM

ALUU4: LLOYD TOKU MICHEAL BURIED

 Llyod Toku Michael was buried yesterday in Port Harcourt. He is one of the four UNIPORT students that were brutally beaten and burnt to death by a mob in Aluu community on Friday, 5th October, 2012 after a debtor of theirs raised a false alarm calling them thieves.

Some of their killers are in police custody and will appear in court again on the 1st of December. RIP dear.

I DON'T BELIEVE IN GOD - SEUN KUTI

In an interview with Bayo Adeoye of Nigerianfilms.com, Seun Kuti revealed that he doesn't believe in God.

SEUN KUTI:  I do not believe in God. I am not a believer of anything supernatural. I don't believe in God, Jesus Christ, Mohammed, Ifa, Ogun, or whatever anybody uses as a reason to explain simple actions of nature. God, to me, is in existence.
