NIGERIAN NURSE IN THE UK KILLS 4-WEEK-OLD BABY IN BOTCHED CIRCUMCISION

According to dailymailuk, a Nigerian nurse in the U.K has been dragged to court for performing a circumcision that led to the death of a four-week-old baby. Read how they reported it below;

A four-week-old baby bled to death after a botched home circumcision by a nurse, a court heard today. Goodluck Caubergs died the day after nurse Grace Adeleye carried out the procedure without anesthetic and using only a pair of scissors, forceps and olive oil, Manchester Crown Court heard. The 66-year-old medic is originally from Nigeria, as are the youngster’s parents, where the circumcision of newborns is the tradition for Christian families, the jury heard.

Hollywood A-list actress Halle Berry’s ex boyfriend and father of her 5-year-old daughter,  Gabriel Aubrey  got into a serious brawl with Halle’s present flame, Olivier Martinez during Thanksgiving last week.  Aubry was hospitalised with broken ribs and a bruised and swollen face following the fight, before he was charged with battery. A restraining order has been issued against Aubey  meaning he has to stay 100 yards away from Martinez, Berry, and his daughter with Berry, Nahla. However, Aubrey is now claiming Oliver threatened to kill him and has also now obtained a restraining order against her fiancé. See drama o.

The 36-year-old model is now displaying  a swollen black eye, along with cuts under his left eye and on his forehead and the bridge of his nose. That has got to be painful.

LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER THE ATTACK ON MILITARY CHURCH, SARS HQ ALSO ATTACKED

I told you guys earlier today that there was a bomb attack on a military base in Jaji yesterday, (if you missed it read it HERE) barely 24 hours after, the Head Quarters of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Nigerian Police headquarters in Abuja was attacked by unknown gunmen today. Two people died in the attack and about 30 detainees, including members of Boko Haram, were freed during the shoot out. But in statement made by the Deputy Force Public Relations Officer Frank E. Mba, 25 of the suspects have been re-arrested while five suspects originally being held in relation to robbery related offenses are currently at large.

How the hell does this happen? Two government security outfits attacked in less than 24 hours? Now I am certain there's hardly any hope of security for we civilians. No group has claimed responsibility for the attacks but I can make a good guess of who is behind these. I thought Boko Haram wanted to cease fire? My people, make God and God alone your security o.

HIT AND RUN DRIVER KILLS BABY AND INJURES HIS MOTHER

A 10-month-old baby boy, Adeyemi, was killed in Abuja on Thursday 15th Nov. by a hit-and-run reckless driver. Mother of the baby, Mrs Bose Bolaji, who was carrying the late Adeyemi was about to get a cab along Airport Road and was standing by the road side with another bystander, Emmanuel Amairo, when they were run over by the unidentified driver’s car.

The boy's father, Biyi, said, “That Thursday, my wife and baby were on Airport Road attempting to get a cab to my friend’s house. Suddenly, a Toyota Corolla ran into them as well as another man who was standing beside them. The driver also hit a nearby pole before finally stopping. “Bystanders and sympathisers responded immediately to rescue them. The driver just came down from his car and a few minutes later, fled on foot. He did not even bother to assist them in getting to the hospital.”

SEVERAL KILLED IN ANOTHER SUICIDE ATTACK ON MILITARY CHURCH IN KADUNA

The Saint Andrews Protestant Church, inside the Army Cantonment, Jaji, in Kaduna yesterday was hit by a suicide bomber killing 11 people and several others injured. The incident happened around 12:00am as the first set of worshipers were about to depart after the first service. Two vehicles were driven into the Jaji cantonment through the bush, thereby escaping all the military checkpoints mounted at the entry and exit points into the cantonment. 

The Director Army Public Relations, Brig Gen Bola Koleoso, confirmed the incident "There were twin suicide bombings today (Sunday)  at the St. Andrew Military Protestant Church, Jaji Military Cantonment at 1205hrs and 1215hrs. "A bus first ran into the church and exploded about five minutes after service had commenced  while a Toyota Camry parked outside the church detonated ten minutes later.11 dead, 30 injured." he said.

The attacker, it was learnt, had aimed at killing most of the worshipers as they were coming out of the church. Most of the residents of the cantonment are middle cadre military officers undergoing their compulsory command and staff training programmes. The injured have been taken to the hospital while the bodies of the dead have been deposited at the mortuary.

This is one attack to many. And I must say this is becoming really embarrassing, first it was the Police headquarters in Abuja now a Military church. If the Police and Military can't protect themselves, how are they going to protect civilians. Shouldn't all points that can lead into the cantonment be manned? Isn't  the military suppose to be all about providing airtight security? You  are not gate-men for Christ's sake! And when will the Federal Government declare a state of emergency, when there is no one left to govern? I'm so pissed right now.
