FINALLY! KIM KARDASHIAN STEPS OUT IN PUBLIC FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE THE BIRTH OF HER DAUGHTER

Kim Kardashian finally made her first post-baby public appearance since giving birth in June. Kim and her baby daddy, Kanye West were photographed with their daughter and their nanny. They look so happy, especially Kanye who was all smiles, as they walked into a Hospital in LA. North was fully covered in a car seat.

    Mehn! That her nanny looks like an heavy weight lifter, paps should stay clear else this lady wil injure them with her fist I swear. But what is it with Kim and Kanye still concealing the look of their baby? Is there something wrong with the child that is making kim especially not to jam the internet wit her baby pix because the Kim I know is not a private person, she likes publicity more than anything. Still watching from afar to see the end of this their hide and seek. >>Millicleo<<
