HOW DO I INCREASE MY CHANCES OF HAVING AN ORGASM?

This post is for married women only! Who doesn't want the big 'O'? Unfortunately, according to researchers, only 25 percent of women always climax during sex with a partner. The rest of us either hit — or miss —  or never experience a female orgasm during intercourse at all. Compared to the male version (more than 90 percent of men 'come' 100 percent of the time), the female "O" is a fleeting phenomenon which isn't fair at all. Why should men get off so easily and we have can't?  Truth is, biologists haven't been able to figure that out yet, smh. Here are some tips that I found that might help;

Find your G-spot and know what turns you on
First, on your own, find your G-spot. It is the area of female genitalia which is believed to contain a large number of nerve endings. It is the key to helping women achieve longer and stronger orgasm. While the location may be slightly different in all women, it’s most often found inside the vagina and is characterized by a “rougher” texture. It is located one to three inches (2.5 to 7.6 cm) up the front (anterior) vaginal wall between the vaginal opening and the urethra. See the diagram below;

The G-Spot (4) is reportedly located one to three inches into the vagina, at the side of the urethra (6) and the urinary bladder (2).

Fantasize about sex, think sexy thoughts
Think about what you enjoy about love making prior to the act and also the wicked 'things' you want to do to your spouse a couple of hours prior to having sex. This way, you will be ready and rearing to go once it's time for some one-on-one action.

Mix things up in the bedroom
It is easier for women to experience orgasm when they engage in a variety of sex acts i.e engage in both vaginal sex and oral sex. This would lead to a higher likelihood of orgasm than either one of them alone.

Be confident about your body/build your self esteem and stay in the Moment/Stay focused!
Know and love your body. Don't try to line yourself up in an appealing way to your partner’s gaze. Observing and evaluating your body and performance during sexual activity will only lengthen your journey to having an orgasm. I know we’ve all had those moments when we’ve asked ourselves, "Do I look fat in this position?" "Are my boobs too small/big?" etc. Throw out all these thoughts and savor every touch, stroke and lick!

Don't focus on the goal
If you spend all of your energy focusing on whether or not you’re going to have an orgasm, then you may miss the boat completely. Enjoy the build-up of sensations instead of focusing solely on the orgasm. It is important to focus on the sensations and on what feels good.

Communicate with your partner (very important)
Communicate with your partner about what you like and what feels good and pleasurable. Tell him what turns you on and will increase your chances of achieving an orgasm. Don’t be embarrassed to give a guy a little direction. Men are not mind readers. Don’t be afraid to get specific: lighter, harder, faster, slower, right there, don’t stop, etc. Lol.
