I recently stumbled upon the EIE petition to the US, British, Canadian, German, South African and Emirati Embassies in Nigeria to deny visas to those convicted of looting public funds. I immediately checked out the link and 'signed' the petition but discovered only 1,485 people have signed (myself being no 1,486) out of the required 10,000 signatures. I'm assuming the reason for the low number of signatures is because people are not aware of it.
