ANOTHER BABY ABANDONED IN THE BUSH

The abandoned baby

It's becoming increasingly annoying to hear of babies being abandoned for dead in horrible places. For Godsake, there are people who will gladly adopt these babies. A baby boy who appears to be less than 24 hours old and neatly wrapped was found abandoned in a deserted path surrounded by shrubs around 7am on Monday, November 26, 2012, along Ikorodu -Itokin road, close to the popular Lucky Fibre bus-stop, Ikorodu, by passers-by who heard the cries of a baby.

Sympathisers quickly rushed to the scene but there was no  written note or inscription left by who ever left the baby there.  The innocent baby was immediately taken to Shagamu road Police Division, Ikorodu and then to an orphanage. So unfair, considering there are people out there who would do anything to have a child of their own or even adopt one.
