    It can NEVER be real, except it's a spirit. No anus nor penis, so if it's real, how will the person excrete (pass out waste), or does the person excrete and urinate through his mouth? No one can survive without passing out waste in his or her body. Am sure it's photoshopped. >>Millicleo<<
