When I came across this picture with the caption 'Rita Dominic spotted with Joe', at first I didn't pay much attention to it 'cos I didn't recognize the face. I stumbled upon it again somewhere else and 'American R'n'B singer' was included in the caption. That was when I took a good look and realized it was JOE! One of my favorite R'n'B singers back then. He's just 40, why is he looking so much older and sickly? Gosh, he used to be sexy. Rita was spotted with the R'n'B legend in South Africa.
I wonder if he is still into music cos it's been long I listened to a song released by him. >>Millicleo<<
