Paul Mason used to weigh 70 Stones but he shed 46 stones over three years after undergoing a gastric bypass operation. He was however, left with excessive skin where there was fat and it is not a pretty sight. Paul was formerly the fattest man alive. He obviously requires more surgery to remove the excess skin.
