An Iranian news agency, Fars News ran a story on the Oscars and showed First Lady, Michelle Obama's announcing the
award for Best Picture but photoshopped her dress to include cap sleeves
to cover her shoulders and the neckline was raised to completely cover
her chest in line with the country's Islamic dress codes that require
women not to expose too much skin. How odd!
