Africa's biggest reality show, the Big Brother Africa show has entered
its eighth edition this year. The show is billed to kick off on Sunday, May 26,
2013. The search for housemates to compete for the competition's
grand prize, $300,000 has now begun. Forms will be available for
prospective housemates to get from the participating countries.
The forms would be available from February 1 to February 14. In this year's edition, Liberia was replaced with Ethiopia, according to the producers of the show, this is to include other countries in the competition in line with their rotation policies.
The other 13 participating countries are Angola, Botswana, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The competition is opened to persons over age 21, with valid passports, fluent in English language, entertaining and passionate about the show.
