Exes, Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou, were spotted holding hands, feeding each other ice cream and even kissing while spending time at Disneyland with their kids Aoki, Ming and Kenzo on Friday. The couple who have a son together, Kenzo, announced there separation some months ago. Time will tell if they're back together.
