EMIR OF KANO ATTACKED BY GUNMEN

The convoy of the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero was attacked by unknown gunmen this afternoon in Kano. The attackers opened fire from a motorcycle but luckily, the Emir escaped unhurt. Four people died in the attack including the driver of the Emir. So far, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
