THE HORRIFIC MOMENT A PASSENGER TRAIN IN SPAIN CRASHED KILLING 80 PEOPLE

The dramatic video of the moment a Spanish train carrying 218 passengers hurtled off the tracks and smashed into a wall yesterday, killing at least 80 people and injuring over 100 has emerged. The train was said to be travelling at over twice the speed limit on a sharp curve. The astonishing security camera footage shows the intercity express train speeding round a corner before jumping the tracks and hitting a concrete wall in a shower of sparks and debris. This is Spain's deadliest train accident in decades and the, Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, has declared three days of official national mourning for the victims of the disaster.
