Former Tinsel actor, Charles ‘Billion’ Pius proposed to his girlfriend of a year, Mimi Orjiekwe, on her birthday in Zanzibar, Tanzania, on July 18, 2013. Mimi was in Tanzania on holiday celebrating her birthday with a few friends when Billion who was also on the island suddenly showed up with a birthday cake with the writing, ‘Will u marry me’ on it, and an engagement ring and proposed to Mimi.
