Abike Dabiri, Wole Soyinka etc didn’t go all the way to insult the first Lady but they are wise people who let out their opinion without abusing the office of the first Lady. Saying that there's no difference between her and Yerima. That's just hopeless stupidity and once you are that dumb, there's no redemption for you.
I honestly don't care for any clarification on the constitution and it's clauses, CHILD MARRIAGE IS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even discussing the possibility of it, should attract serious protests from the public. Why would you try to take focus out of the big picture and drag us into the marriage of 2 consenting adults?? How does "husband snatching" relate to the matter she's fighting??? I hate that human beings can be so easily carried away with frivolities and lose sight of the subject.
I'm glad she attacked the First Lady. I expected the Dame to lead the protest against that amendment and since this issue started, she has kept mum.
For matters like this, Influential people aren't supposed to protest behind their computers... You come out openly and protest!!!! Add your influential voice to ours and don't sit at home writing long epistles on how decayed the country is and how appalled you are by the audacity of those who voted for Yerima's amendment.
