A LETTER FROM AFRICAN YOUTHS TO DSTV ON THE HIGH LEVEL OF IMMORALITY IN THE BBA HOUSE

I stopped watching BBA because it stopped making sense to me. The show has lost every moral  authority and is now a glorified porn movie. It's shameful. BBA The Chase seems to be the worst of them all. The contestants are shown masturbating while bathing and they air the complete nakedness of the contestants. Love-making among 'strangers' seems to be the 'game' to play to remain in the house. It's just....deplorable. Anyway, a group, calling themselves 'Forward-Looking African Youths' have written DSTV on this and I hope something is done to stop potraying Africa in such a bad light. Read there memo to DSTV after the cut...

We African youths wish to ask DSTV to give us a BBA where African Youths are rewarded for creativity and hard work, thereby promoting entrepreneurship and not this morally-loosed show where single parents who can’t keep their relationships go into the house to show their sagging breasts and addiction, mixed-up with ill-mannered people and get rewarded, producing international prostitutes and gigolo. Haba!

Promoting immoral sex is “unafrican”. The BBA is all about immoral behaviour and that is why it attracts lots of fans. You can’t be making money at the expense of your viewer’s lives. If you don’t do something about this, a time will come when the seeds you are sowing into the lives of African youths will germinate to hunt you and your generations yet unborn. There seem to be no single morality lesson to learn than sex and immorality.

DSTV has the best entertainment programming available from across the globe with superior technological innovation that provides unforgettable television viewing experience! If we call BBA entertainment then our sanity, morality and desire for the growth of the African youths needs to be questioned.

How long does it take to imbibe a habit? 21 days; and BBA runs for 90 days!!!, subtly making people become addicted to bad habits.

We say “NO” to such TV reality shows without moral value!

  1. BBA has an age restriction and viewing option which allows interested individuals only to subcribe for the channels. If you can't keep up with viewing these channels, unsubcribe for it and shut the fuck up! Speak for yourselves and stop generalizing. Bloody hypocrites like u do much worse things behind cameras!!!

i don,t like it and i don,t watch it .is as simple as that.you have option to watch and not to watch and you can,t force people that like it not to watch hence it becomes selfishness.this is a free world the earlier we understand that the better.visit my blog for political issues www.africaintels.com
