Heard this is a 2013 WASSCE sitting arrangement to prevent cheating. What if it rains? Is it too much to provide a hall large enough to accommodate students sitting for an exam as important as the WASSCE? I'm sure in the minds of the examiners this is genius. Smh for my country.
