The first lady, Patience Jonathan has finally opened up on her controversial medical trip last year. During a thanksgiving party held in her honour at the Aso Rock, Dame Patience admitted to undergoing nine surgeries during her the medical trip and all nine surgeries were done within a month that she was away. Even though she did not specify the diagnosis of her ailment, she told stunned worshippers at the thanksgiving that she actually died.
“I passed out for more than a week. My intestine and tummy were opened and the Doctors had given up. It was God himself in His infinite mercy that said I will return to Nigeria. God woke me up after seven days.”
During her six weeks away from Nigeria last year, the presidency refused
to say anything to the country about her condition. Upon her return to
Abuja on October 17, Mrs. Jonathan denied having been in any hospital.
“I don’t even know that hospital they are talking about…”. “I do not have any terminal illness or cosmetic
surgery.”
Our first lady and the President are liars, lying to the whole nation. What a shame. SMH. Meanwhile, heard the thanksgiving cost about N500million, with about 5,000 guests including 18 Governors in attendance. This is excluding the medical bills o. Naija, I hail thee.
