THE ALUU 4 VICTIMS WERE SET UP, THEY WERE NOT ARMED ROBBERS -IG

The Inspector-General of Police ,Mohammed Abubakar, yesterday in Abuja confirmed that according to their findings, the four University of Port Harcourt students killed by a mob at Aluu, Rivers State, were not robbers. They were set up by a debtor, who police  identified as Coxson Lucky, alias Bright.

The victims had gone to Lucky's house to demand for the money he was owing them but instead he raised the alarm that they were armed robbers which resulted in the lynching of the students. Lucky has gone underground, but the police gave the assurance that detectives were still on his trail and he will be caught and all those found culpable in the killings would be prosecuted.

Getting killed over your own money, very sad indeed. If the police have Lucky's picture, they should release it to the public so that the public can assist them in finding this traitor.
