ARRESTS MADE OVER KILLING OF FOUR UNIPORT STUDENTS

The police yesterday stormed Aluu where the four Uniport students Lloyd, Tekena, Ugonna and Chidiaka were killed and arrested Aluu community leader, Alhaji Hassan Walewa and some members of his family, and some students of the institution who live off campus. At the time of the arrest, the community looked deserted as a lot of people have fled the area to avoid being arrested.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ben Ugwuegbulam, confirmed that some arrests were made in Aluu, adding that any person found not culpable would be released. According to him, the police are making progress on their investigation based on the information at their disposal. The institution is expected to make its position on the matter known to the public today. Will keep you guys posted.

I hope they make all those found guilty pay dearly for this.
