FAMILIES OF CRASH VICTIMS CONDEMN DANA'S RETURN

Many  members of the families of the victims of the June 3, 2012 Dana plane Crash have disagreed  with the decision of the Federal Government to lift the suspension of the airline's operational license saying they are still in  pains over  the loss of their fathers, mothers, children and other loved ones in the plane crash.

Their agonies, according to them, is worsened by the fact that the government did so even when investigations into the crash have not been completed and the  remains of some of the deceased  yet to be buried or even claimed. They have accused the government of being insensitive to the feelings of people, while also referring to it as an insult to the people.To them, Dana  airlines, which  they accused of negligence that caused the death of 153 people , should not be allowed to fly its aircraft in the Nigerian air space.

Obinna, son of the late  General Manager, Corporate Affairs of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Dr. Levi Ajuonuma who died in the crash, on Thursday launched an online campaign asking Nigerians to sign a petition seeking boycott of Dana flights.
