A former Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Alhaja Sinatu Ojikutu, has
filed a suit against Governor Babatunde Fashola (SAN), over payment of
her pension, allowances and fringe benefits.
In the suit filed at a
Lagos High Court by her counsel, Chief Bolaji Ayorinde (SAN), the
former deputy governor is asking the court to compel Fashola to pay her
pension and other benefits as provided for under the public office
holder (payment of pension) Law No 11 official gazette of Lagos State
2007.
