BILL AND GUILIANA RANCIC FINALLY REVEAL THEIR SURROGATE

Giuliana and Bill Rancic made a conscious effort to keep the identity of the woman who carried their newborn son, Edward Duke, to term during her pregnancy, but on the October 2 premiere of  their reality t.v show Giuliana & Bill, they will finally introduce her to the world. Her name is Delphine(wearing red in the right pic). The couple say they will forever be indebted to Delphine, who was coached in the delivery room by the couple during her four-hour labor.
