During her visit to Grimsby yesterday, Kate, who is five months pregnant, may have hinted that she's expecting a girl. According to 67-year-old Sandra Cook, who was one of the over 2,000 people who came out to greet the Duchess;

"The lady next to me gave her a teddy bear and I distinctly heard her say “Thank you, I will take that for my d....”. ‘Then she stopped herself. I leant over and said to her: “You were going to say daughter, weren’t you?” She said: “No, we don’t know!” I said: “Oh, I think you do” to which she replied: “We’re not telling!”

DOCTORS IN THE US CURE BABY BORN WITH HIV!

Wow! This is definitely a major break through in medicine. A Mississippi baby born with HIV more than two years ago appears to have been cured of the virus. The unidentified child was diagnosed with HIV at birth to a mother who did not receive prenatal care or HIV treatment. Hence 30 hours after birth, the baby was started on antiretroviral treatment.

Doctors took the unusual step of prescribing three aggressive drugs (AZT, 3TC, nevirapine) at once after birth for the baby whose initial HIV viral load tests were high.

Ketu area of Lagos State was thrown into confusion after the shocking discovery of the corpses of two toddlers, Toheeb Adedokun and Tajudeen Falilu, who disappeared in January.

PUNCH Metro had reported exclusively on January 30, 2013, that the missing children were suspected to have been kidnapped when all efforts to locate them proved abortive.

“All great or memorable things start out as a ridiculous idea generally frown upon by society__ when Kartel bleached his skin and tattooed his body people thought he was a mad man, but look now almost everybody doing it. Everybody has tattoos and bleaching so what is gonna make me any different if I follow that trend, So I started my own I decided to tattoo my eyes, no one has ever done that”

When quizzed about how people may perceive him and possible fears of going blind he added, “I’m not worried about what others think of me and I don’t think about blindness”,  He wrote on his Facebook page, “I take risks,I offend people, I do what i want, I say what i want …I AM ALKALINE #inna real life __ TRY NOT TO JUDGE, THERE IS MORE TO EVERY INDIVIDUAL THAN WHAT MEETS THE EYE!!!! literally”

OMG! ANOTHER LASU STUDENT KILLED, HIS HEAD WAS BLOWN OFF!

Just days after rising singer and LASU student, Damoche, was shot and killed at LASU gate by supposed cultists, another student of the school has also been killed. He was shot in the head just like Damoche but his own head was blown off! In broad day light! The identity of the student is still unknown. In a sultry shoot for ELLE UK, Rihann revealed plans to start a family and how she feels about Chris Brown. Rihanna said:

'Stay [her new single] is a story about having love that close and wanting it to last forever. You don’t have that feeling with everybody so when you have it you don’t want to let go of it. I would definitely say that he [Chris Brown] is the one I have that kind of relationship with.'  

And on the subject of children the Barbadian beauty said :'I will probably have a kid.' Rihanna, who was discovered in 2005 also revealed why she shares so much of her personal life on Instagram:

A lot of people came out yesterday night for Goldie's candle light procession. Her colleagues from Kennis music label were there, her younger ones, Denrele, Ay Comedian, Ruggedman, Waje, Karen, and so many other. The procession started aroun 7p.m, they walked from Parkview Estate gate to Falomo Bridge and walked back to Parkview gate.

It's nice to see Denrele finally smiling again but is the candle light procession for his best friend the right place to laugh and grin? Same goes for all those smiling at the camera like it's a show. See more pics after the cut...

CROSS RIVER STATE GOV. LIYEL IMOKE RETURNS TO NIGERIA AFTER 3 MONTHS AWAY

Cross River State Governor, Liyel Imoke, returned to the country yesterday  night after spending over three months in the United States for a two-month vacation, where he underwent some medical tests. According to a statement by his office, his doctors advised him to undergo further evaluation. Imoke left Nigeria on 19 November, 2012.

MEET NIGERIA'S YOUNGEST MICROSOFT CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL, SEYI-OJO ANJOLAOLUWA

10-year-old Seyi-Ojo Anjolaoluwa  has emerged the youngest Nigerian Microsoft certified professional.

In the Microsoft test conducted last year July, out of a total score of 1000, Anjolaoluwa who aspires to be a Medical Doctor scored 869. His exceptional performance has thus made him a certified professional in Microsoft Windows XP (Administration Management and Configuration, Exam 70 – 270). He's one of the youngest people in the world to attain this. His parents must be so proud. Well done, Seyi.
