The jewelry measuring 3.5mm was placed on the white of her of right eye ball, and the 1-minute procedure cost her  $3,000. According to her, 'It's going to be a conversation maker. I will be able to tell people. It will be unique. It will be sort of my unique factor.'  Really? Like seriously?! SMH.   She obviousy doesn't know what to do with her money. 

To start the process the Doctor injected anesthetic into her eye to numb the area. Then he made a small incision to make room for the piece of jewelry. He then positioned the tiny flat stud into position on Ms Luckayanko's eye membrane, using forceps. More pics below...

Turning 18 seemed to be Kim Kardashian's little sister, Kendall Jenner's green light to prove she's got the Kardashian blood and can be racy too. The Inoyo Toro Foundation  is a foundation dedicated to positively impacting on the education sector in Akwa Ibom State. The 6^th edition of the Annual Awards for Teaching Excellence in Public Secondary Schools in Akwa Ibom State took place on the 8th November, 2013 at the Le Meridian Hotel, Uyo.  The FRSC Corps Marshal and Chief  Executive, Ositadinma Benjamin Chidoka was the guest speaker at the prestigious event.  Also present at the event was the Speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Honorable Sam Ikon.

The Foundation celebrates public secondary school teachers who have excelled in the teaching of Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and recently added, History and Economics, as part of her effort to support educational development in the state.
