Fluted hems are back! Fluted hems create flattering silhouettes and are very girly. They can be found in skirts or dresses. So many celebs are now rocking it; Kourtney  Kardashian, Eva Longoria, Solange Knowles, Nene Leakes, to mention a few, have all been spotted recently rocking fluted hems. 

Fluted hems can be really flirty, playful and elaborate for a fun day out.

ENOUGH OF THE NAKEDNESS ON RED CARPETS ALREADY! IGGY AZALEA EXPOSES HER V-JAYJAY ON THE RED CARPET

There's just too much nudity on the red carpet these days. The latest celeb to put her goods on display is 23-year-old  Australian performer, Iggy Azalea. Iggy wore a daring long black dress which had one shoulder strap as well as cut-outs in the midriff section, to the 2013 MTV European Music Awards.

The rapper ended up flashing a little too much flesh after having a serious wardrobe malfunction and she seemed very uncomfortable as she kept trying to put the dress in place. See more photos below...

D'BANJ SIGNS GLO DEAL 2 YEARS AFTER FALL OUT WITH THE TELECOMS GIANT

Pop star, D’banj’ has signed a multi-million Naira brand endorsement deal with Globacom Nigeria. D'banj and Globacom fell out in 2010 when he refused to extend his initial 2-year contract of N70m because he was offered waay less than the 240m offered to PSquare. This new deal has not even been announced yet but I hear it is the costliest signing of 2013.The official announcement is expected to be made in a matter of days.

D’banj now joins the likes of Psquare, Naeto C, M.I, Lynxxx, Bez, Burna Boy, Flavour, Waje, Omawumi, and more recently, Wande Coal.

My amebor ears have also gathered that Etisalat is in talks with top rappers, Ice Prince and Olamide, as well as 2face Idibia. You heard it here first o.

The 25 year old Venezuela beauty was crowned the 61st Miss Universe at the Crocus City Hall, Moscow, Russia. She beat 86 other beauty queens to clinch the coveted crown. The 1st runner up was Patricia Yurena Rodriguez from Spain, 2nd runner up, Constanza Baez from Ecuador, 3rd runner up Ariella Arida from Philippines, while the 4th runner up was Jakelyne Oliveira from Brazil. No African made the top 5. Congrats to Gabriela ( my daughter's name sake).

El-Rufai seems to have gone too far this time around. He would be considered a traitor in some countries, particularly those practicing monarchy, and they would have had his head for it. Well, a lot of will agree with some of these names though, some I said o.

DISS OF LIFE! EMMY COLLINS DISSES UCHE JUMBO, TOKE MAKINWA

Designer and now blogger, Emmy Collins, just doesn't seem to get enough of dissing celebs. This time around, Uche Jumbo and Toke Makinwa are at the receiving end.  

He dissed Uche Jumbo's oufit to Rukky Sanda's movie premiere and  OAP, Toke Makinwa. I kinda agree with him on both counts this time around. I don't see why Toke is a celeb. I try not to write much about her, though I do once in a while when she wears something really nice. She just hasn't done enough to earn that kinda publicity. That's my opinion. Also, Uche Jumbo's outfit to that pemier was an eye-sore, absolutely inappropriate. That outfit  looked like something one would wear to bed. Read Emmy's article below:
