The item I am loving today and wishfully thinking to be mine is this Christian Louboutin Zoulou Python with ethic prints and straps that go on for days, from the Christian Louboutin's Spring 2013 Spring collection.   The collection has a number of cross cultural multi ethnic shoes, which includes African textures, zebra, floral and tie dye patterns. 

Jada Pinkett Smith has been seen rocking this bad boy from the spring debut.

WOULD YOU ACCEPT A PROPOSAL WITHOUT A RING?

I found this interesting and thought to share with you guys. 

 

Over the weekend, I got engaged. I was never the type of girl to dream of what her perfect proposal would be like, but this one was perfect for me It was just the two of us, a tender moment…and no ring.

When I told my loved ones I was engaged, they were all thrilled for me. But one friend said my engagement wasn’t “official” until I got the ring on my finger. I quickly corrected her saying that the engagement indeed official because he asked and I accepted. The ring, one we choose together, will just be icing on the cake but certainly not necessary when declaring your love for someone. I’m sure there are women who would not even entertain a proposal without the ring, but that didn’t mean anything to me. He told me he couldn’t wait another day without asking me to be his wife. He was overtaken by love and asked from his heart…not the jewelry store.

Which got me to thinking: Do we place too much importance on the ring instead of what the ring means? You can read the rest of the article HERE.

This is a very sad mail from a lady whose husband abused her till she died of cancer a few days ago. While on her death bed, she wrote him a letter, to be published after her death. This will definitely bring tears to your eyes. Read her touching letter below;

Lol. A fan asked Don Jazzy if he watches porn and the award winning producer replied, 'sometimes'. Another fan went further to ask if he knew 'Jade Fire' (I'm guessing that's the name of a porn star or movie) and Don Baba replied 'Yels'. He also said he won't be around for D'banj's upcoming concert in Lagos, but confirms Mavin artiste, Wande Coal will be performing at the concert.

That's Yvonne Nelson in Mai Atafo's Dream Wedding Dress collection. She wore it at the launch of the collection some days ago. There's been a lot of concern about her fast shrinking stature for a while now and for the first time, I think I agree that YV is becoming alarmingly thin. She looks like someone who is sick or recuperating from a sickness in the picture and I think the dress would have looked better on someone with a little more flesh. Can you see the bust area looks kinda saggy?

KIM KARDASHIAN DELIVERS BABY GIRL 5 WEEKS EARLIER THAN EDD

Kim Kardashian was delivered of a baby girl yesterday morning, Saturday, 15th June, after she went into labour on Friday. Kim delivered the baby at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, 5 weeks sooner than originally planned. Her baby daddy, Kanye West, who was there for the entire thing had cancelled his appearance at his own record release party Friday night when Kim told him she was feeling "a little off." 

It is the first child for Kim and Kanye. Big congrats to them. Russel Simmons and Bethenny Frankel, and some other celebs tweeted their congrats to the couple.
