Omotola appeared on a US TV drama series titled 'Hit The Floor'. She played Akon's wife and she appeared briefly but looked gorgeous as usual.

Denim on denim: I love, love how Rihanna wore her denim jacket with a denim skirt. That girl knows how to make anything look sexy. You can also opt to wear it with a jean trousers or shorts.

Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde made her US TV debut yesterday in a new series “Hit The Floor” , and those who watched the show say Omotola's role was just 'waka pass', she was appeared for just a few seconds and uttered only one word. Well, as Omotola said, do not despise the days of little beginnings. Just like she started in Nollywood as waka pass, and now she's the queen of Nollywood, she will also rise to getting major roles in Hollywood. Haters, take a seat. 

'Hit The Floor' is an American drama television series which follows Ahsha, a girl who joins the NBA cheerleading team the Los Angeles Devil Girls, unaware of the treacherous and tempting world that follows”

The show airs on music and lifestyle channel, VH1.

MY BABY HAS TURNED ME INTO A CELEBRITY - OAU STUDENT WHO GAVE BIRTH IN THE TOILET SPEAKS

   

Oyinlola Rotimi is the 22-year-old 400level student of Agriculture Extension and Rural Sociology at Obafemi Awolowo University, who gave birth in the toilet in her hostel and accused of trying to flush the baby. Rotimi and the baby were discharged from the hospital on Friday, and she seems to be taking oride in the publicity her baby has brought her. She has narrated her own side of the story. Read below;

‘God has the best plan for me’

“Why would I flush or kill my baby after going through the pains of carrying him for about good nine months? I am not heartless and I thank God for my life and the safe delivery. I know God has the best plan for me and my baby. I seriously appreciate the cleaners for their assistance because I got here (health centre) before I understood everything that happened to me. I am happy that I am alive and my baby is alive too. I’m also using this opportunity to thank the VC, the doctors and nurses, my lecturers and everybody because they all stood by me. They all became my father, my mother and everything to me.

I FOUND ANOTHER YUMMY WAY TO USE MY COFEE: MY 20MINS MOCHA/COFFEE COOKIE

I remember growing up, my mum, a caterer, used to make treats for us every weekend; meat pie, breadfruit, cookies, cakes etc. We all used to look forward to weekends with such great anticipation. So, I've been making some home-made deserts for my family, especially my little girl, and I decided that whenever I make such easy-to-make treats, I'll share it here. Watch this space, some yummy do-it-yourself deserts coming your way.

So, to my treat for today, 'My mocha/coffee'. I don't conform to any particular way of making my treats. I like to 'customize' my deserts, you know, like my little signature. So, I came up with this yummy way of using my coffee, which I hardly drink. If you have a little time on your hands this week, treat yourself to one. It isn't too sweet and I like the 'cappuccino' smell. It takes less than 20mins. Enjoy.
