UNBELIEVABLE! NSCDC PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER HAS NO CLUE WHAT HIS OFFICE IS ABOUT!

This is so embarrassing. In a recent interview on channels TV, the PRO of NSCDC (Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps), Obafaiye Shem, was asked what the organization’s website is and he didn’t even know. When asked what the NSCDC's web address is, Mr Shem said "I cannot categorically tell you one now." When probed further to name the organisation's website, the commandant said the address is: ww.nscdc (yes, he said ww.) Of course that’s not the correct answer, their web address is www.nscdc.gov.ng
The look on the interviewers faces, hahaha.

A Public Relations Officer for that matter. Shocking and shameful! That means he doesn’t even know anything about his office. How did he get to that position in the first place?
