DON JAZZY DENIES HAVING A SON

In an interview Don Jazzy granted PUNCH, he was quoted as saying "I’m single because I’ve not found the woman that my spirit agrees with. I was once married in the United Kingdom, but it was short lived. The union produced a son named after me. I don’t want to experience a collapsed marriage again. That is why I am taking my time, working and praying for a soul mate."

But when one of his followers tweeted him on Ywitter saying "I was once married and have a son"-donjazzy, the music producer tweeted back "unless u re the son, this is FALSE."

Was he misquoted by PUNCH? Abi how the talk of son take enter the interview if he didn't say that he has one? *confusedface*

OVER 40 DECOMPOSED BODIES FLOAT ON ANAMBRA RIVER (VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED)

Residents of Amansea community, along the border of Anambra and Enugu State woke up Saturday morning , 19th January, to discover over 40 male corpses floating on the Ezzu River. The bodies were suspected to have been dumped in the river by unknown persons on Friday. There were suspicions that the bodies belonged to people who might have been victims of extra-judicial killings.

They were first noticed by fishermen and sand excavators at the Amansea section of the river as some of the bodies were trapped at the river bank. The traditional ruler of Amansea, Mr. Kenneth Okonkwo, described the development as “unfortunate,” saying the community had never witnessed such before.
Governor Peter Obi was said to have cut short his overseas trip to enable him visit the scene. The Commissioner for Local Government, Mrs. Azuka Enemuoh, who visited the scene with some government officials, said, “This is a river which is at the boundary between Enugu State and Anambra State. This river actually runs from Agbogu, Enugu through Oji River, it crosses Anambra State and empties into River Niger. “It is obvious that these corpses are floating from somewhere and I can tell you we haven’t seen the last of it.” See the pics after the cut (viewer discretion is advised)...

WOAH! BULGARIAN POLITICIAN SURVIVES ASSASINATION ATTEMPT ON LIVE TV

A Bulgarian politician yesterday survived an extraordinary assassination attempt when a man stormed the stage and held a gun to his head as he was giving a speech (left). Television footage showed the man jumping out of the audience and interrupting a speech by 58-year-old Ahmed Dogan.

Fortunately for Ahmed Dogan, leader of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, the weapon misfired giving him time to react and hit the would-be assassin's hand out of the way. Before he could attempt a second shot the 25-year-old unidentified suspect was tackled to the ground by security guards and delegates attending the conference in Sofia and was taken away covered in blood (right).

I THINK MY GIRLFRIEND'S MALE FRIEND IS MORE THAN A FRIEND

Dear RDB readers;

The question I have is how can I tell when my girlfriend is in denial?

She has this guy that’s a friend, so she says. They have been friends for like 7 months. She says they have never done anything, but she tells me she goes to his house and sits in his room and waits on him to come out the shower and she says she watches him get dressed. I didn’t believe what I heard. And, she says nothing is going on. Just yesterday I found a condom wrapper on her bathroom floor. So, when I asked her about it she started laughing, talking about I put it there from the last time I was there. I know that wasn’t true. I don’t even use the brand I saw.

He even buys clothes and other gifts for her. I feel like I’m in competition with this guy. How do I handle this without loosing my girl?

HOW 2FACE PROPOSED TO ME - ANNIE IDIBIA

Annie showing off her ring the night 2face proposed to her
“He called me up one morning that I should meet him in Lagos so that we can hang out. He said his friends are around and they want to take us out. So, I agreed to see him. I remember it was a particular friend of ours that was around that day, although I would not like to mention his name.

“And when I got to Lagos that day, he was like ‘let’s go to the club.’ When we got to the club, the place was totally empty. Obviously confused, I asked him, “baby, what are we doing here, it’s empty” and before I turned back, my brothers and friends showed up. I was so perplexed that I had to ask what everybody was doing around there and they said they heard we were there and they came.  Continue reading after the cut...
